MSP Foundation and Practitioner eLearning with examinations

This e-learning product will take you through the MSP method to practitioner level, via the foundation level. The MSP Foundation and Practitioner are the first and second of the three MSP qualifications and are a pre-requisite for anyone wishing to pursue MSP Advanced Practitioner certification.

Prerequisites:

You should ideally have experience of managing or working in programmes prior to attending. Knowledge of the PRINCE2® project management method is advantageous but by no means mandatory, but some exposure to a project management method will aid understanding of how the programme works with these projects.

Objectives:
