ITIL Service Transition (Intermediate lygmuo) sertifikacija

The ITIL Service Transition course enables you to gain a deep understanding of the ITIL Service Transition phase to enhance the quality of IT service provision. It covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Transition stage, but not the detail of each of the supporting processes.

Target Audience

This course is aimed at people who have already gained the ITIL Foundation certificate in Service Management. It is intended for those in a management role within the Service Transition area and who wish to enhance their professional development including: CIOs, CTOs, managers, supervisory staff, team leaders, designers, architects, planners, IT consultants, IT audit managers, IT security managers, service test managers and ITSM trainers.
Prerequisite Entry Criteria
Candidates must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (also eligible V2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate). Candidates should have exposure to basic concepts in IT and related work experience of at least two years.

• The processes within Service Transition
• Managing organisational and stakeholder change, including communications and commitment
• Organising for Service Transition
• Consideration of Technology
• Implementation and improvement of Service Transition including measurement
• The interaction of Service Transition and other phases of the Lifecycle including key dependencies
• Exercises to consolidate the learning experience
• Discussion groups in order to understand how any of these areas can be implemented and managed within the organisation
• ITIL Intermediate certificate in Service Transition exam practice and preparation, including mock exam
• Closed book 90 minute invigilated exam in Service Transition.
